This Victorian Era home had a lean-too style rear addition and a dark uninviting living space. The brief was to create light filled and inviting spaces that complemented the original areas of the home that were to be renovated and restored. Contemporary interior design was specified with clean lines, square set ceilings, and a neutral colour palette. Highlight windows and bi-folding doors were used in the living space to maximize light levels and to create an open feel to the existing modest courtyard space to the rear.
